DESCRIPTION OF PARAMETERS AND APPLIED TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS

1. TRANSMISSION

3 phase electric motor 400v 50hz

transmission via 4 V-belts to a rotor pulley
the propulsion system is equipped with a massive flywheel increasing the power of the device

2. GRINDING SYSTEM

Charging inlet:

width from 600mm to 1200mm basic models, the possibility of implementing the machine with an inlet width of up to 25000mm
height from 420mm to 425mm basic models, it is possible to implement the machine with an inlet height up to 1000mm

-Rotor with movable knives:

open thrust rotor, so-called "V" knife system
closed, full rotor, cascade and milling knife system

-Cutting knives:
the so-called "V" system, the knives in three bipartite rows arranged at an angle forming a V, e.g. the PC2660 model has 3 rows x 2 movable knives each 300mm long, cutting width 600mm
cascade system, milling knives arranged in three rows stepped in relation to each other, e.g. the PC2660 model has 3 rows x 6 movable knives each 100mm long, cutting width 600mm
fixed knives the system is identical for the aforementioned types of movable knives, 2 rows, two parts
very fast disassembly and assembly of cutting knives
