Injection service - spare production capacity (50 - 550 tons)

Formes was established in 1981. From the very beginning, the main profile of our activity is the processing of plastics by means of injection and thermoforming. We provide services for many companies in various industries in the field of broadly understood cooperation.

Excellent knowledge of the industry based on many years of experience in the processing of thermoplastics (PC, POM, ABS, PA, PA modified, PS, PP, PE), modern machinery and experienced staff ensure our products high quality and repeatability. The provided injection and thermoforming services are performed in accordance with the developed technologies and with full process documentation, which allows us to produce plastic parts with high requirements as to dimensions, appearance and quality. We design injection molds and thermoforming molds for our clients. We make injection molds, among others using our tool shop and in cooperation with the tool shop in Poland and abroad.

A modern production plant that meets the safety and ecology standards in force in Europe includes, among others:

- a production hall equipped with injection molding machines with clamping forces from 50 to 550 tons and injection weight up to about 2500 grams, and a thermoforming machine with table dimensions of 1000x700 mm. Injection molding machines equipped with many peripheral devices, including: stationary robots, vacuum feeders, thermoregulators, dryers, we also have an overhead crane for easy transport and changeover of molds

- assembly halls with a team specialized in the assembly of multi-element products, the possibility of marking using pad printing and screen printing techniques, and the possibility of packaging them in blisters or heat-shrinkable foil

- high-bay warehouse equipped with an automatic fire protection system
