A new line for washing plastics

I will sell a new line for washing hard plastics (household chemicals, film, etc.). The line includes:

1- Continuously adjustable bale chopper.

2- Smoothly adjustable sorting table.

3- Initial flotation tank with bottom worm extraction, length 7000mm, width 2000mm.

4-Centrifuge (dynamic washer) 45kw engine. interchangeable blades, shaft length 2000mm fi700.

5- Washing and flotation bath, length 7000mm, width 2000mm.

6- 45kw motor drying centrifuge. rotor length 2000mm fi700 interchangeable blades. Capacity up to 2000 kg / g depending on the type of material.

We add DTR, CE to the set.

Our company produces technological lines based on our own patent.
All machines manufactured by our company are the result of long and arduous testing stages during production.
We produce complete recycling lines as well as individual machines:
- flotation tanks (also for washing granules),
- centrifuges for plastics, films, granules,
- conveyors,
- compactors,
- purification plants.
