Ceramic micanite band heating elements

Our company deals in the production of, among others ceramic heaters and
micanite, banding, otokowych and flat. Resistance heaters
indirect are designed for heating plasticizing assemblies, heads, molds
and other metal resources, machines for plastics processing and
rubber mixes, e.g. extruders, injection molding machines, dryers and automatic machines for
packaging production etc. These heaters can also be used in others
machines and devices in which there is a similar indirect character
heating up metal resources and parts. We protect the heat shields from sheet metal
oxidised steel or stainless steel. Dimensions and powers matched to
individual customer needs.

Band heaters are an ideal solution for heating nozzles and cylinders. They are also used in other applications requiring heating of cylindrical surfaces. Band heaters can have holes, cutouts, various types of electrical connections, many types of wire insulation.
They come in standard sizes and powers but we also make to order according to the sent specification.
