Our specialty is heads and extruders for most applications and almost all blow molding machines. We have been designing and manufacturing this equipment for over 30 years.

As a family-owned business with 70 employees at three locations, we are able to provide our expertise to our customers worldwide.

The satisfaction of our customers is our most important goal.

The majority of bottles are blow molded as monolayer type. We feature the following:

for HDPE/PP processing: 1 up to 24 parisons with die sizes ranging between 25 mm and 250 mm

for PVC/PETG processing: 1 to 4 parisons with standard die sizes ranging between 25 mm up to 160 mm. For PETG processing we can go up to as many as 8 parisons, depending on container size and shape.

UNIVERSAL extrusion heads with interchangeable spiders for PE and PVC available up to 90 mm die sizes.

Test Laboratory

Our in-house R&D team offers opportunities with the latest in technical developments to test and sample new materials and packaging designs that have never been processed.

Our customers take advantage of our lab machines and services to develop new products and processes that cannot be accomplished utilizing their own production equipment.

The following equipment is available:

W. MÜLLER single-station blowmolder with S1/60 P-PE CoEx 6-layer head
W. MÜLLER double-station blowmolder with S1/90 T-PE DeCo 2-layer head
Single screw extruders in various sizes
Dryer, compressor, chiller and support equipment
