Extruder / complete Line for LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE Stretch and other films

We produce extruders and complete extrusion lines - by blowing - PE foil in the form of sleeves, half-sleeves, tapes, construction sheets, etc.

- for LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE stretch, stretch hood, heat-shrinkable, biodegradable, gardening, construction, etc.

- for 1- (mono) and multilayer foils (coexisting, eg 2-, 3-, 5-layer),

- efficiency: from about 15-20 kg / hour. (eg for narrow sleeves) up to approx. 300 kg / hour.

- width of rollers: from 300 mm to 3500 mm,

- different types of winders: single (sleeves, half-sleeves) or double (sleeves, half-sleeves, tapes); on a machine or free-standing, e.g. "back to back" type,

- with rotation of the head or with a turret,

- AC motors controlled by inverters,

- central control with a touch operator panel,

- extensive optional equipment at the customer's request: eg automatic thickness measurement and film tension adjustment, internal cooling (IBC), film surface activator ("ionizer"), knurl, mini-recycling to the edge strip with milling reversal to the hopper.
