Line for the production of 2-layer LLDPE stretch film by extrusion blow molding (optionally also for LDPE film, eg heat-shrinkable). The offer is addressed mainly to smaller film producers or to processors who want to produce stretch film (or shrink film) for their own needs.

- thickness of the stretch film: 0.008 - 0.040 mm,

- film width: up to 500 mm (tape),

- performance for stretch film: up to 60 kg / h

- plasticizing system: fi 40 mm; L: D / 28: 1 (2 sets)

- width of the rollers: 700 mm,

- rotating tower

- automatic, double freestanding winder, "back to back" type, with winding of ready rolls of stretch film on sleeves (thimbles) of medium 52 or 76 mm (eliminating the rewinder).

Possibility to adapt the LDPE film production line (thickness: 0.020-0,200 mm, edition up to 70 kg / h), and winder for winding large rolls.

Optional equipment - according to the Buyer's order, eg a device for shredding edge strips, a system for dosing and mixing raw materials.
