DESCRIPTION


Big bag unloading systems consist of a steel frame complete with a basket for unloading materials and a movable upper crossbar for suspending the filled bag. The stations are equipped with a vibrating funnel that facilitates the pouring of the raw material.

OFFERED TYPES AND DESIGN


- Material of construction: carbon steel, 304L / 316L stainless steel
- Available station types:

TYPE 1 - Vibrating funnel placed on a supporting structure for the big bag

TYPE 2 - Height adjustable for loading with a forklift or an independent hoist
TYPE 3 - Height adjustable and hoist installation rail

The vibrating funnel is supplemented with:

- Hatch for opening big bags

- Electric vibrator as a material unloading aid
- Vibrating cone with a diameter of 1250 mm or 1500 mm
- Loading outlet with a diameter of 273 mm
- Vibration damping
- Rubber dust seal

TYPE 4 - Solution with a folding frame enabling the station to be placed in any location, as well as the device to be folded and stored The device is equipped with a stainless steel funnel for vacuum raw material intake.

- Big bag cutting system for single-use bulk materials
- Dump support in the form of pneumatic activators
- Frame height adjustment kit
- Food seal certified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

- Equipping the station with a rotary dispenser or a screw feeder.

- The above-mentioned system, equipped with a weighing and control system, enables precise dosing of the raw material from the big bag.
