COMPOSITES EUROPE - European Trade Fair & Forum for Composite Materials, Technology and Applications will held for the sixth time in 2010.

It is organised by trade fair organiser Reed Exhibitions in cooperation with the European industry association EuCIA and the international specialist journal Reinforced Plastics. AVK (Federation of Reinforced Plastics) has also been supporting the fair right from the start.

Composites Europe 2010 visited more than 8,000 visitors.

After two difficult years, the European market for fibre-reinforced plastics has noticeably recovered. The upswing in the sales markets already led to an increase in composites production by up to 25 per cent and to the opening up of new markets this year. These impulses were also reflected at the COMPOSITES EUROPE 2010 specialist fair in Essen. 294 exhibitors from 25 countries showcased technologies and products from the entire value creation chain of fibre-reinforced plastics.
