Hans-Theodor Kutsch has asked the shareholders and the controlling bodies of Otto Kkrahn to relieve him from all his duties within the group, as Chief Executive Officer of Albis Plastic. GmbH and as Managing Director of Krahn Verwaltungs-Gesellschaft mbH with the effective date June 30th, 2011. It is with great regret that the shareholders and the controlling bodies comply with this request. Both are very grateful for the extremely successful accomplishments of Hans-Theodor Kutsch within almost twenty years of his service for the group.

Under his leadership Albis Plastic. GmbH has developed into an international company of highest repute. Effective July 1 st , 2011 Dr. Jörg Schottek, Managing Director of KRAHN CHEMIE GmbH, has been appointed as successor.
