According to the 12th Five-year Plan, China's plastics manufacturing industry will enter a new era. In order to better adapt to the needs of China's economic development, plastics will be applied in more fields, such as new energy, IT industry, bio-industry and so on. With the aim of enhancing regional distribution, the plastics manufacturing industry in South China and East China will invest more in brand building and high-end manufacturing.
China is now the second largest producer of plastic products in the world. As the largest province in plastic product manufacturing in China, Guangdong province produces more plastic products than other developed countries, such as Japan and the European countries. Chinaplas 2013 which will be held in Guangzhou, will display the latest technology and full series of plastics and rubber materials. It will create a high-quality exchange platform and bring new business opportunities for the industry.
