SINOPK has more than 15 cap mold designers, we had the technical meeting by each week in the past 6 years, in the technical meeting, we improved to our ready made mold structure and develop higher cavities nr. Cap mold, from 32 to 64, to 72…up to now, we have successfully offered 128 cavities cap mold and will continues to develop 160 cavities in 2010 year.

We have special selection on the components material, and also do different harden or surface treatments. We use Stavax S420 for cavities and cores and DIN 1. 2083 for screw necks inserts…
