Bolta manufactures specialist extruded profile sections using the most advanced production technologies. Gravimetric material weighing equipment, synchronous controlled extruder and downstream machines as well as servo-driven cutting and finishing plant make up the backbone of Bolta’s production system. On 32 extrusion production lines, specialist profile sections are extruded for the construction, automotive and furniture manufacturing industries as well as producers of white goods, shelving and cold storage facilities, lighting and building exterior solutions and windows. The company’s own mixing plant, design and development department and jigs and tools construction enable Bolta to respond flexibly to market demands and customer requirements. Extruded profile sections reinforced with aluminum and steel inserts; grained, printed and hot plate embossed surface finishing, co and tri-extrusion; right up to complete “in-line” solutions (drilling, milling, stamping) make up Bolta’s production portfolio. The company employs 250 staff and in 2011 generated a turnover of EUR 28m.
