KRAIBURG TPE is a leading manufacturer of tailor-made thermoplastic elastomers based on hydrogenated styrene block copolymers supplying customers all over the world.

The company currently employs 350 people and operates production plants on three continents producing TPE of the highest quality standard. In 2008, we achieved a turnover of around € 82m producing soft, thermoplastic elastomers.

Our products are mainly used in automotive, industrial, consumer and medical applications. Our brands THERMOLAST® and HIPEX® offer numerous advantages including improved design, economical processing and additional product functions. They offer processors a wide range of options as regards properties such as surface finishes, colours, transparency grades and hardness grades. In addition, we provide TPEs that are resistant to high temperatures and aggressive media and can be sterilised. Compounds from KRAIBURG TPE offer many advantages as regards processing, such as good flow properties and excellent bonding with many different technical thermoplastics. They can be thus be used separately or in hard-soft combinations with thermoplastics. Our TPEs are processed by injection moulding, extrusion and even blow moulding.
