Jucheng Mould is one of the twenty leading mould designer and maker in China (sales trunover). And it is one of the five leading company for big and medium size moulds.

Minimum size of the moulds we can make is 150*150*100mm. Mainly for electronic components. Hewlett Packard, Phillip, Festool are our main customers.
Maximum size of the moulds we can make is 3000*3000*2000mm, 40 tons, BMW, Audi, Honda, Toyota are our main customers.

Jucheng Mould has 330 experienced staffs and 13.8 M$ turnover in 2009. It was certificated with ISO9001 from 2002 and TS 16949 from 2010.

The moulds we make include plastic injection mould, zinc die-casting mould, aluminium die-casting mould.

Jucheng Mould has special mould making equipments: one 5 axies CNC machine, two 24000r/m high velosity CNC machine, three double head EDM machine, 1600T injection machine and others.
