We produce a rich pipeline of technological equipment placed on the water - including the indispensable, universal, aesthetic and functional floats to the HD PE pipes.
Floats are manufactured by rotomoulding (rotational molding at high temperature) in two or more parts (depending on diameter) - bolted with galvanized bolts.
Inner diameter of the float is fully in line outside diameter pipes to be supplied (usually polyethylene PE HD), a close attachment of float ensures that it will not be moved on the pipeline during operation.
Other floats dimensions - capacity, and displacement are selected, so as to always maintain enough free space on the pipeline filled with water, assuming a flanged pipe coupling system (the extra weight: 2 x flange sleeve + loose steel flange)
For easy location and visual observation of the pipeline we produce floats for you of the material of a bright green color and the shape of a prism. PE HD material is completely resistant to corrosion and thus life offered system (pipes & floats) is incomparably high in relation to other solutions (steel, wood, PVC..) In the application of round floats and only straight sections of pipe, it is recommended to eliminate the automatic rotation of pipes due to the weight of the other along the circumference of the pipe (in places of higher consumption pipe material automatically becomes lighter, so it tends to self-rotate, as round-shaped floats with the same shape allow the turning of any, without further resistance), while ensuring accurate tracking of rotation cycles, optionally used pontoon floats and elongated in shape and steel brackets (even if only in a few places). During the operation of the mine on water with the circumferential movement the turning of the pipe usually occurs spontaneously, as the pipes are permanently twisted and barge traffic is changing the location of the pipeline itself.
Additionally, we offer technology platforms and recreation-Modular System platforms - to expand at any time, made also from PE HD aesthetic plastic rotational molding tube.
