We produce innovative, hard-PE polyethylene pipes for hydro (including transport of water or other liquid), sand, gravel, aggregates, mules, brine, sludge pit, ash, slag, the dredges, to mine aggregates, etc.
We offer comprehensive services directly to the technical selection, procurement and implementation of hydro plant material with a highly abrasive types: sand, gravel, aggregates. The mixture of water (or other liquid) and solid particles is transported by a system of pipelines resisting a very long life compared to other commonly used materials, including various grades of steel.
We supply pipe sections to a length of max 12 m (transport considerations and practical use) provided with a system that allows high-speed connection that can easily dismantle the section and change its location. Performed in our factory the interface system is devoid of defects, which can cause turbulence within the connection, and thus lead to rapid wear of the material.
We can boast a rich references - for several years we have successfully delivered to many mines complex pipe systems with increased resistance to abrasion - abrasive action of sand, gravel, solids transported with the mineral water, resistant to internal pressure, corrosion resistance and with minimum flow - friction (low coefficient of surface roughness of polyethylene, good parameters of fluid mechanics - the flow, resulting in low linear and local resistance).
Since the pipes are typically installed on the outside, the material from which they are made must also be resistant to sunlight.
Resistance to dynamic loads of the material determines the strength of the material to impact, which is inevitable during transport, installation and operation of pipelines. Pipes must be relatively light and often combined so that they can be dismantled if necessary.
Pipes made of polyethylene have a much higher abrasion resistance compared to steel pipe and tube (about 3-5 times better performance and longer life), polyester resins, stoneware, PVC - abrasion was examined in a specialized center in Darmstadt, and determined on the charts below.
For the calculation of the abrasion resistance the best has proved to be the method of using water by Kirschmer developed at the Technical University in Darmstadt. A sample taken for testing was a 1m section of DN 300 pipe cut lengthwise into half, which was tilted up and down by movements of the swing with frequency of 0.18 Hz. This frequency corresponds to 21.6 changes the load / min, with a change of load defined as a single movement of the material shearing in one direction. The frequency of 0.18 Hz ensures that the abrasive material will be exposed to a full length on the internal surface of the test tube. As a medium the mixture of water and sand / gravel quartz content was used of approximately 46% sand / gravel and grain diameter of 30 mm. After every 100,000 load changes the abrasive material was replaced. A measure of abrasion: the average loss in the gutter wall of the test after a certain period of time the impact of abrasive material. Different materials have different attrition over time. We can also distinguish between material that in the initial stage of use are high and then low abrasion and those which have low first and then the high attrition. Number of load cycles equal to the 100,000 recommended by DIN 1230 is not sufficient on its basis to be able to address attrition over time. Test gutters should be exposed to at least 300,000 load cycles (approximately 230 h). Due to their low attrition of 0.3 mm after 400,000 cycles of load changes (300 h) or because of the low end abrasion, which is 0.61 • 10-6 mm / cycle load changes, a special polyethylene material used may be classified to a group of materials with very high resistance to abrasion.
Typically, HD PE pipes are made in accordance with DIN 8074/75 with collar sleeves and collars flanged with galvanized steel (the max drilling PN 10 bar) is loose enough to make from time to time the turning of pipe to ensure even wear around the circumference of the pipe, in effect provide even longer life of the pipeline.
Detailed technical data on the resistance to abrasion, the life of the system proposed in comparison to other materials, displacement, etc. - we can provide to you with the request.
In addition to the installation of hydro - mounting on the surface of the water we produce:

innovative specialty floats HD PE for pipes and cables powering refuler - a system of floating, to keep on the water surface even the completely filled tubes,
floating platforms, technology, business, modular PE platforms

and we provide technical advisory services - consulting.
Detailed information on request.
We invite you to contact us - to answer all your questions and we will do our best to help you realize the objective - an investment in a professional, as well thought out way, based on accurate calculations, designs, technical choices of materials, economic and, of course, with full guarantee of long trouble-free operation.
