Plates are affixed with special screws to the flat galvanized steel structure with a closed profile. In our manufacturing facility on the new extrusion line Krause Mafei we produce and offer from the position of the main warehouse in Ożarów Mazowiecki in the continuous sale for example plates made of polyethylene (extruded or pressed - planed or rough) HD PE High Density High Density determinations of PE 300, PE 500, PE 1000 PE UHMW PE HMW, natural color and typically snow white in the variant with UV-stabilized or without additional plate in yellow on the fender strips called "slats trench" - and blue on the railing of the so-called "bar rails".
The plates are manufactured and prepared for a particular dimension, they are usually sheets of 2000 x 1200 mm. The thickness of plates depending on customer preference and application - usually at the rink recreation of 8 mm, a professional hockey 10 or 12 mm.
As the the protective plates of ads we suggest resistant to impact, cracking and low temperature solid slabs of polycarbonate PC.
