- pipes system (pipes, fittings, valves, clamps, etc.), from polypropylene PP-R of type 3 joined by polyfusion welding (heating stones, tips for women / men, the result is a uniform seal in terms of the material)
The offered system (eg BorPlus) is a complete high quality polypropylene installation system. PP material of type 3 is resistant to the simultaneous and prolonged exposure to temperature, and pressure of transmitted agent, and is characterized by the total resistance to corrosion and operation of over 300 chemicals at various temperatures. It is designed to perform both new installations and renovation of existing installations: water, heating and technological (eg, compressed air, ice water, chemical dosing, etc.).
Occupational safety and more than fifty years of service life of the system is due to inter alia production of top quality materials, strict control of production process, and technology used in the assembly by welding connections.
- connecting pipes, wells and fittings made of polyester resin with roller technology with the addition of filler – sand of quartz, reinforced by glass fiber of GRP CFW type.
This system with appropriately chosen production technology and especially endurance characteristics of the basic building material - polyester resin and fiberglass (the continuous and cut strengthenings) has at a relatively low wall thickness a very high stiffness (standard SN 10000, SN 20000 also N/mm2), which is particularly relevant for the construction of roads, embankments and other places with high and very high load.
The system has a minimum lifeservice of 50 years, does not require any maintenance, application of protective coatings, can withstand any corrosion (both before, during assembly and during operation of the pipeline) and is sealed in 100%, thanks to a special system of connectors (and continuous quality control and tightness control - pressure test is equal to twice the operating pressure).
With the use of, inter alia, offered pipes also produced are all kinds of vessels of large and very large capacity - for rainwater, reservoirs with delayed discharging, sewage, chemical media, separators of petroleum substances, and many others - as both underground and aboveground constructions.
- a system of pipes and fittings, and valves, glued PVC for use in installations of cold water (hot option for CPVC, known as PVC-C), pool systems and installations of: industrial, technical and technological pumping stations, greenhouses, agriculture, laboratories, industrial plants.
Pressure rating system (maximum pressure) is 1.0 MPa (10 bar) at operating temperature to 25 °C. At higher operating temperatures, use the factors reducing nominal pressure. The maximum permissible temperature of operation of the system is 45 °C.
Advantages of PVC include very easy and fast to install, attractive appearance, does not require special equipment, no maintenance, is resistant to corrosion and overgrowing by stone, cheaper than the installation of steel and copper, characterized by very low hydraulic resistance and high chemical resistance, high durability - a minimum of 50 years, the physiological indifference - is safe for health.
PVC-U pipes for gluing are produced as a plain-end of length of 4 m, based on the PN-EN 1452-2.
A wide range of PVC-U fittings for glue and transition fittings (with diameters 16 - 225 mm) lets you do a complete installation using glued, threaded and flanged joints. Supplementation of the system includes handles for pipes and PVC-U valves.
