AMARGO company offers a comprehensive supply of pipes and fittings of the following materials:
PE HD, PE 80, PE 100, PE RC, PE2Plus, PP-H, PP-R, PP-C, PPs, PVC-U, PVC, PVC-C, PVDF, E-CTFE, GRP, PUR
for all applications:
pipelines and the installation of water, gas, sewer (internal and external drainage of roofs, bridges),
industrial installations (including chemical resistant, compressed gases),
ventilation systems (resistant to high humidity, corrosive gases and vapors, local exhaust),
irrigation systems,
energy systems and telecommunications equipment (casing pipes),
installation of rainwater (including development and use of rainwater), etc.
Standard PE pipes - HD (PE 80 / PE 100) are designed specifically for reliable supply of gas and water supply and sewage systems, especially in the pressure sewer. In accordance with national and international standard HD PE pipes arranged only in filtration pack of sand, or of fine gravel.
Pipelines are made of conventional varieties of PE HD (PE 80 / PE 100) in the event of resignation from the use of gravel pack and sand pack or in inaccurate execution are subject to high loads through the stones, pieces of old pipes and other hard and sharp elements in the soil. The forces acting on the spot and linearly along the surface of the pipe cause paired with the working loads (internal pressure, static and dynamic pressures caused by traffic and soil), the formation of stress cracks (so-called slow crack propagation).
The high costs of work and tight deadlines of tenders are forcing the contractor to verify the existing methods of procedure, as well as the use of modern materials and technology - in order to continue to be competitive in the changing market demand. Thus, for example, the so far required use of sand pack or gravel pack in the pipe-laying of the standard PE becomes unnecessary when using the latest pipe material of PE 100 RC class.
Offered pipes RCprotect® are coextruded layered (as inseparable and mechanically linked molecular structure) pipes of solid walls with PE 100 RC (resistance to crack propagation) with the regularly integrated colored outer layer. RCprotect® pipes are particularly resistant to long-term point loads generated by the resignation of using sand pack.
Targeted use of intensive development of material properties - resistance to slow crack propagation - ensures the fulfillment of the requirements for a modern and economical pipe-laying - as though by ploughing.
Having regard to the permanent control of batches of material produced PE 100 RC and strict guidelines on the modern use of PE 100 RC pipes in accordance with the standards and conformity certificates DVGW on home soil without sand bed and pack we can also ensure the safe operation of pipelines for at least 100 years.
Determined in the current standards sand – pebble pack is given for max. thickness of the grains relative density. In recent years, more increasingly used form is laying of pipes without sand pack or methods of excavation. Therefore at putting in operation there are additional point loads, which require high resistance to stress cracking from the pipe. On this basis, our partner Gerodur consistently uses high quality materials for the production of PE100 pipes, which show a high resistance to crack propagation. A method to verify this is the FNCT (Full Notch Creep Test). The current state of the art allows the assessment of point loads caused by stress in materials using appropriate durability tests FNCT. The result of FNCT> 3300 h for each batch means by Dr. Hessel, that it can be assumed that the lifetime of the pipe without sand pack is min. 100 years.
Variantly, the pipes PE 100 RC can also be used in horizontal drilling technology - but only by a suitable drilling bentonite and by elimination of the risk of damage and scratches of the surface of the pipes.
The use of pipes PE 100 RC in relining systems must always be confirmed only after careful analysis and study of the existing pipeline, while in case of the renovation of pipelines by cracking it is highly risky and therefore not advisable.
Given the above recommendations, and in any case apart from the use in open pits with no exchange of soil, which is the drilling technology, relining and cracking, we recommend with full responsibility the use of PE 100 RC pipes with protective coat of specially formulated polypropylene PP - Gerodur Gerofit.
In the construction of Gerofit the pipe transferring transported medium pressure (eg gas, water) is still a new generation of high-grade polyethylene PE 100 RC, but the outer layer is applied in the EXTRA production process the untypical external dimension (and so these are the pipes of larger external diameter compared to other PE HD pipes - so-called added layer) protective coat with a specially modified and hardened polypropylene PP.
The adequate protection for the responsible trenchless drilling applications, especially during drilling operations controlled by relining and refurbishment or the static / dynamic cracking can only be provided by the pipe Grofitwith original unrelated molecularly protective mantle.
Due to the fact that between various layers of materials there is no connection of polymer chains of outer coating with the carrier pipe, any possible damage to the extremely hard outer layer - the mantle of the PP (harder to scratch compared to the EP 100 of the approximately 30 - 40%) after reaching sa result of initiation the notch phenomena to the main pipe - they stop and are not able to further penetrate into the pipe wall thickness. As a result the possible damage process is stopped and the pipe is completely safe for many years.
If you have any questions or doubts as to choose the most optimal type of pipe for your application, please do not hesitate to take contact, and certainly the AMARGO professional staff will help you with that.
We offer coiled tubes (using a special one roll of drums, we can provide you with even more than 2000 m in one episode which reduces installation time and significantly reduces the cost of connections - welds) or bars (by special order the length of the bar is up to 20 mb - which significantly reduces time and cost of assembly - welding, especially when dealing with large diameters - for example, the order of 315 mm, when the welding and cooling time is very long.)
