In order to meet your needs and new applications have invested in research, tests, created new recipes and unusual ingredients, finally at our holding company also started production of custom plates of groups of polyolefins PE and PP in particular to the following groups of applications:
 
1. Orthopedics - plates of specially selected parameters in terms of flexibility, the possibility of modeling and thermoforming (also in the manual - individual) – plates of PE LD PE 200, PE, HD PE 300, the type of EVA ... 3. Sleepers under the rails, tram sleepers soundproofing, prolonging life concrete sleepers. Details in the innovation section Sleepers absorbing noise and vibration.
4. Electrical switchrooms of PPT plates according to the latest trend - PPT AMARGO plates are manufactured from polypropylene with the use of different proportions of talc filler, and stabilizers and purifiers. Extruded AMARGO PPT plates stand by increased rigidity and resistance to higher temperature (even at a higher temperature, plate rigidity - Young's modulus of elasticity remains high, HDT High Temperature Heat Distoration). 7. Systems, components and elements of chemical resistant ventilation - PE and PP plates with higher rigidity and resistance to higher temperature while maintaining static eg PP TALK, PPs are difficult to ignite and with the possibility of electric-discharge - grounding systems, for example PPs EL. 8. Systems of layer structure - composite wood and plywood - thin plate / film PE / PP filled (with fillers / additives) with the embedded fabric – interlinings on the surface and / or fibers in order to facilitate the attachment - and strengthening of the bonding point of both materials. Implementation of the surface - the structure to be agreed at the stage of the order: smooth, porous, checkered, non-slip.
 
Examples of use: - construction of formwork systems, skate - parks, playgrounds for children, the floor of the truck - container, tiles on the walls, ceilings – constructions in vans, platforms and catwalks specialized professional stages, sports halls, exhibition floor system, racks, counters.
 
The resistance, strength and service life of plywood with a layer of plastic is about 40 times greater than ordinary waterproof plywood with phenol resin film.

Please note that we also have the possibility to produce others not described on our website plates and films, including, for example, plates in the technology of coextrusion. In this system, in order to reduce the cost of materials, additives, stabilizers and pigments, there is an option, for example, of the production of plates with a thickness of 5 mm with only the outer layer with a thickness of 0.8 mm for example, made of more expensive material. In the remaining thickness of 4.2 mm, you can use an ordinary material or even material with the addition of fabric for reuse of recyckling type. It is called for not only economic but also environmental considerations.
