Continuous compression and blow forming equipment mod. CBF20S Continuous hydraulic compression and blowing press for the production of plastic bottles. The manufacturing process lies in extruding the granulated compound (i.e. HDPE, HIPS ), cutting it into single pellets, inserting them into the cavity, moulding a preform and finally blowing the preform according to a well-defined profile.The output of the machine is strongly dependent upon the type of compound used, the shape of the bottle and its relevant weight.

The machine is equipped with:

- plasticization extruder equipped with volumetric pump,

- melted compound by-pass valve positioned at the end of the extruder,

- main forming carrousel - pellets cutting system with independent blade,

- pneumatic system - cooling system ( thermoregulator ) for temperature control of the moulds of preform compression and bottle blowing independently,

- cooling system for pellet cutter,

- oleodynamic unit,

- Electrical cabinet equipped with control system (PC),

- Profibus system for the control of electric signals,

- pellets insertion turret - in-phase bottles extracting and transferring units to a conveyor belt, allowing on-board installation of the vision system,

- bottle’s leak detection device,

- operatror panel.
