PP PE film crushing cleaning production line

Application: PP PE plastic, waste PP bags, plastic bags, domestic plastic waste and waste agricultural plastic film. Raw material first processed by bale opener(this step could be omitted if the waste film isn’t baled) and convey equally to crusher to make flake material , the flakes will be washed by float washer , Then the material goes to the surface with washing water and will be conveyed into dewatering machine and drying machine to remove water, after all the steps the material can be conveyed directly to silo. We can pack them to sell directly or convey them to pelletizing machine for granules. 1) This whole production line is used to wash, dewater, dry and pelletize PP, PE, LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE Film. 2) It takes the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, high capacity, low energy consumption, safety, reliability, etc. 3) Production Line Configuration: Belt Conveyor－＞Shredder(aimed at full package) －＞Belt Conveyor－＞Crushing－＞Friction Washing－＞Washing Tank－＞Dewatering Machine－＞Drying Device－＞extruder－＞Pelletizer－＞hot air drying－＞Storing (Silo). 4) This whole production line is automatic controlling, structure arrangement compact, high production efficiency, nice cleanness. 5) Production capacity: 300-1000kg/h. 6) After drying the water content can reach 5-8% (according to the thickness of film). 7) Note: We can design the machine according to you requirements.
